According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol the victim’s name from the incident at Lake Delta in the Town of Western is Ronald J. Pocchiari, 65, of Lee. The deceased victim was located at about 11:25 AM in Lake Delta on today’s date(8/7/19).
