According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol the Criminal Investigations Unit arrested Nicholas Cecilia, 21 of Verona today for Grand Larceny 4th. Cecilia was identified as the male in the photograph that was put out to the public on August 15th. Cecilia stole a credit card from an unlocked vehicle during the overnight hours of July 26th and 27th in the Town of Vernon. The Sheriff's Office would like to thank the public with their assistance identifying Mr. Cecilia as the suspect.
