According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on August 16th, 2019 at approximately 09:00 PM, Douglas W. Christensen and Nicholas M. Panarese were arrested following a larceny in excess of $1,000.00 at the Walmart located at 4765 Commercial Dr. in New Hartford. Douglas Christensen and Nicholas Panarese were stopped shortly after exiting the store and all property was recovered. Douglas Christensen was charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree, and Nicholas Panarese was charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree. Douglas Christensen and Nicholas Panarese were issued appearance tickets and are to appear in the Town of New Hartford Court on a later date.
