According to Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Marcy man was arrested following a domestic incident in the Town of Marcy. On August 26, 2019 at about 7:20 PM, the sheriff’s office was called to 8726 Old River Rd in the Town of Marcy for a domestic incident. During the course of the investigation, Kurt DiNardo age 55, of 8726 Old River Rd Marcy, was arrested for violating a court order that was issued out of Oneida County Family Court. Kurt DiNardo is accused of violating the order of protection by yelling and screaming at the victim, violating the stay away order. Kurt DiNardo, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd, a class A Misdemeanor. Kurt DiNardo was transported to the Law Enforcement Building for processing and then to the Oneida County Jail pending his arraignment for the charge in the morning.
