According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol the Sheriff's Office is investigating a personal injury accident at 9760 Round Barn Rdin the Town of Trenton. According to the Sheriff's Office the accident occurred at 3:20 PM in the driveway of that residence. The driver of the vehicle, and home owner of the residence, mistakenly pressed the accelerator instead of the break when she was startled by something outside her window. The vehicle hit the owner's garage and then a tree. The driver of the vehicle suffered a broken arm and was taken to St. Elizabeth's Hospital for treatment. No tickets were issued.
