According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol the Criminal Investigations Unit arrested Clyde A. Bailey, 28 of Sangerfield for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a Class A Misdemeanor. The incident occurred on August 24th, at a residence in Bridgewater. Bailey was involved in an altercation with another male. During the altercation Bailey placed his arms around the victims neck which restricted the air flow of the victim. Bailey was released on an appearance ticket and is set to return to Town of Bridgewater Court at a later date and time.
