According to Oneida County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Derrick O'Meara, Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a Utica man was arrested today, September 20, 2019 for engaging in sexual intercourse with a child on September 13, 2019 in the City of Utica. Oneida County Sheriff's Office Sergeant M. Bolton and Utica PD Investigator F. Bruzzese, both of whom are assigned to the CAC, arrested Craig Chisolm, age 32, for Rape in the Third Degree, a Class E Felony. Chisolm was held at the Utica Police Department pending arraignment at Utica City Court on this date. An order of protection has been requested on behalf of the Victim. The Victim has been offered services through the Child Advocacy Center.
