According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, on Friday, October 18, 2019 at about 7:20 P.M., Deputies responded to a reported ATV accident in the area of Sudal Hill Rd. in the Town of Boonville. Once on scene, Deputies determined a 15 year old male Juvenile, of Boonville, was operating a Gray 2005 Polaris ATV on trails on privately owned land when he struck a large rock causing him to lose control of the ATV and flipping it on its side. The Juvenile’s parents were on scene while the accident was being investigated. The Juvenile was transported by Boonville Ambulance to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital for an evaluation. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by Boonville Ambulance and Boonville Fire Department.
