According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, one person was arrested after a domestic incident in the Town of Camden.

At approximately 01:21 PM, Kevin J Mitchell, 31 of Camden, was taken into custody after violating an Order of Protection that was issued by Rome Family Court. While investigating the domestic incident, Deputies on scene learned that Mitchell had an active order of protection, that prohibits Mitchell from being at the residence of his children, while being unsupervised.

Mitchell was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd and transported to the Oneida County Jail, where he is currently waiting centralized arraignment. Assisting on scene, were member of the NYS Police
