According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, on Wednesday, October 24th, 2019 one man was arrested following a domestic dispute in the Town of Lee.

On October 24th, 2019 at approximately 6:00 PM, Jessie L Weather, age 37, of Rome, NY was involved in a domestic incident while at a residence in the Town of Lee. At some point during the domestic incident, the situation escalated into a physical confrontation. Weathers left the residence in Lee and was later located at a business in the City of Rome. Weathers was subsequently arrested and brought to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office where he was booked and charged with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, a Class E Felony. Weathers was then brought to the Oneida County Correctional Facility and held pending an arraignment in Oneida County CAP Court.
