According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, two men were injured in Motor Vehicle Accident that in the Town Of Floyd. On November 08, 2019 at about 11:19 AM, Mark B Williams, age 59, of Remsen NY, was operating his 2006 Ford F-150 south on Soule Rd when he failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a 2019 GMC Sierra, being operated by William Larkin, age 44, of Rome NY, who is traveling west of East Floyd Rd. Larkin complained of head pain and was treated on scene by members of the Floyd Fire Department. He was transported to Rome Hospital for further treatment by private vehicle. Williams complained of rib pain and was treated on scene by Floyd Fire Department and transported to a St. Luke’s hospital by AmCare Ambulance. Williams was issued a traffic ticket for failing to stop at a stop sign, returnable to Floyd Court On November 25th.
