According to Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Derrick A. O’Meara, Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a New York State level two sex offender was arrested for failing to change his address. On 11/25/2019 members of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Unit arrested Kyle Vandresar, 28, after an arrest warrant was issued for a Sex Offender Registry Violation-Failing to Change Address, an E Felony. The warrant was issued subsequent to an investigation conducted by Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Ryan Marshall. Upon being arraigned at the Town of Whitestown Court, Vandressar was remanded to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.
