This past Tuesday, the Sheriff’s Office Honor Guard again took part in the Genesee Valley Concerns of Police Survivors Annual Candlelight Memories Vigil where Fallen Officers are remembered. Included in this year’s ceremony were Deputy Wayne Smoulcey and K9 Cero.
