According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, on Monday, January 13th, 2020, at about 1:40PM, road patrol deputies responded to a domestic incident, on Blossvale Road, in the Town of Annsville. Upon deputies investigation into the incident, Wayne L. Lints Jr (41), of Oneida was found to have violated an active temporary order of protection issued by Rome Family Court. Lints was later located in the City of Oneida where he was taken into custody without incident. Wayne was charged with Criminal Contempt in the first degree, a class E-Felony. Wayne was processed at the Oneida County Sheriffs Office and transferred to the Oneida County Jail awaiting pre-arraignment detention. An​ active temporary order of protection remains in place for the victim.
