MVA - Town of Marcy - Update

According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, On January 16, 2020 at approximately 1 pm, a portion of Trenton Road, between Church Road and Mallory Road in the Town of Marcy was temporarily shut down as crews cleaned up a motor vehicle accident that involved a vehicle transporter carrying 9 other vehicles. Kiryl Rutto, 31, of Connecticut was operating the 2017 Peterbilt, south on Trenton Road when he lost control of the vehicle, striking a telephone pole and overturning off the western shoulder of the road. Rutto was not injured in the accident. The closed portion of Trenton Road has since been reopened.

Rutto was issued a citation returnable to Marcy Town Court at a later date.
