According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; On January 20, 2020, at about 0812 AM, Deputies responded to the intersection of Route 5 and Stuhlman Rd in the Village of Vernon for a reported two-car motor vehicle personal injury accident.

Upon arrival, Deputies determined that 2019 Honda HRV driven by Hajra Gracanin (54) New Hartford, NY failed to yield the right of way at an intersection to a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by David Lloyd (56) Canastota, NY. Mrs. Gracanin was transported to St. Elizabeths for minor lacerations to the head.

Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by the Vernon Fire Department and Vineall Ambulance.
