There was a Police Presence in the Powell Road and State Route 13 area of the Town of Vienna at approximately 1430 hours.

Members of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Recreational Vehicle Unit were attempting to locate the operator of a snowmobile that had left his snowmobile and ran into the woods.

The subject was apprehended a short time later.
