Lockout at Madison-Onida BOCES in Verona - UPDATE

According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, on January 21st, at approximately 3:30pm, after a thorough investigation into this incident was completed, Deputy Avard, the SRO at Madison Oneida BOCES, responded along with Utica Police Officer Dodge, to a residence on Sunset Ave in the City of Utica where they located Maria C. Esmurria. Esmurria was the caller who made verbal threats over the phone to a staff member of the Madison Oneida BOCES. Esmurria was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for Aggravated Harassment, a class A misdemeanor charge. Esmurria is to answer the charge in Verona Town Court on a later date.
