According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol: On February 3, 2020 at 8:46pm Deputies responded to a reported personal injury motor vehicle accident on Taberg Florence Rd. in the Town of Annsville. An investigation revealed that Gabrielle Laroche (23) of Rome, operating a 2007 Chevrolet sedan, lost control of her vehicle resulting in the vehicle going off the roadway where it ended up on its side. The accident happened due to Laroche driving at an unreasonable speed for the roadway and condition. Laroche was issued a uniform traffic ticket for speed not reasonable or prudent. Laroche and her two children were transported by Amcare Ambulance to Rome Memorial Hospital for further evaluation. The Oneida County Sheriffs Office was assisted on scene by the Taberg Fire Department.
