According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, the Sheriff’s Office is currently on the scene of 8293 Cider St., in the Town of Whitestown with a death investigation. Michael DeShane age 63 was found deceased at the same residence. The cause of death is pending an autopsy by the Onondaga County Medical Examiner’s Office. The investigation at this point is non suspicious and is continuing . The Whitestown Police Department were the first on the scene and turned the investigation over to the Sheriff’s Office.
