According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, on 03/05/20 around 5:25 PM, road patrol deputies responded to a single vehicle motor vehicle accident with reports of minor personal injuries. Deputies investigated the incident revealing, Allan Bristol (30), of Camden was operating a 1995 Chevrolet Pick-up truck North bound on State Route 26 in the Town of Vernon when Bristol attempted to reach to the passenger side of the vehicle to retrieve a beverage. Bristol was transported to City of Oneida Hospital for complaints of neck and back pain. Bristol was issued 02 UTT returnable to the Town of Vernon Court at a later date. Deputies were assisted on scene by VineAll EMT staff and the Town of Vernon Fire Department.
