According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, Milton Lighthall was issued 3 tickets on today’s date for this accident. Lighthall received tickets for Unregistered Snowmobile, Uninsured Snowmobile and Reckless Operation. All tickets are returnable to the Town of Vienna Court on a later date.
