According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, on Friday, March 6th, 2019, at about 1:42 P.M., Deputies assigned to the New Hartford BOCES arrested a Lisa A. Hutchinson, 41 of Whitesboro, who is employed by the school as a Teacher’s Assistant, for two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. An investigation into the incident determined that Ms. Hutchinson made a deal with a student that if she paid him $50.00, he would punch another student for her. Ms. Hutchinson paid the student; however, the student did not follow through with her request. Ms. Hutchinson was booked and released on an appearance ticket to New Hartford Town Court at a later date and time to be arraigned.
