According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol:

Domestic Arrest Town of Trenton Update

As a follow up to this arrest, Diegnan was arraigned this morning as has been remanded to the Oneida County Jail with bail set at $1,500 cash or $3,000 bail bond. He next court date is set for May 11th in the Town of Trenton Court.
