Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol is providing information on the Project Lifesaver program to the residents of Oneida County. Project Lifesaver is an electronic tracking program geared towards wanderers suffering from ailments such as Alzheimer’s Disease, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome. Project Lifesaver utilizes a small tracking device to assist with locating a wandering person if they have gone missing.
