According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Town of Lee man was arrested for violating an order of protection. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol Division along with the Criminal Investigation Unit arrested, Matthew Sullivan, 72, for Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, an E Felony, and Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree, a B Misdemeanor. Sullivan was taken into custody after he was located inside a building on a property in the Town of Lee that he was previously ordered to stay away from. Sullivan was processed at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office and held pending an arraignment at the Centralized Arraignment Court located at the Oneida County Correctional Facility.
