According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, two people were injured following a two car motor vehicle accident on State Route 12 in the Town of Trenton.

At approximately 9:29 am, on April 24, 2020, Hunter M. Lawrence, (24) of Old Forge was traveling North on State Route 12 in a 2018 Ford F250, when he failed to stop at a stop light, at the intersection of State Route 12 and N. Gage Road. Bobbie J, Delucia (44) and passenger Matthew D. Delucia, (60) of Cold Brook, were traveling west on N. Gage Road and Mapledale Road in a 2020 KIA. While proceeding through the intersection of State Route 12 and N. Gage Rd, after having the right of way, Delucias' vehicle was struck by Hunter, causing damage to the rear driver side of the vehicle. Bobbie and Matthew were transported to St. Elizbeth's Hospital for apparent minor injuries.

Deputies were assisted by New York State Police and Barneveld Fire Department.

Hunter was issued a citation returnable to The Town of Trenton Court at latter date.
