According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on May 3rd, 2020 an Annsville man was arrested for a domestic incident that occurred on May 1st, 2020 in the Town of Lee.

On May 1st Deputies responded to a domestic incident in the Town of Lee where they determined Matthew Darling (39) violated two stay away orders of protection by making contact with the protected parties. Darling was not located on the night of the incident. On May 3rd Darling was located and arrested at his residence regarding the incident. Darling was transported to Oneida County Jail for pre-arraignment detention to be arraigned on both charges early on May 4th, 2020.

Darling was charged with two counts of Criminal Contempt 2nd degree, class A misdemeanors.
