According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, on Saturday May 23rd, 2020 around 9:26pm, Deputies responded to 5910 Skinner Rd in the Town of Westmoreland for a reported ATV accident. Investigation into the accident determined that Brandi M. Bonsel, was operating a black 2014 Polar MFG on private property, when she attempted to turn around and lost control, subsequently causing the ATV to overturn. Bonsel and her passenger, Jamie L. Locorini, were transported to Rome Memorial Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. No tickets were issued. Sheriff Deputies were assisted on scene by Westmoreland Fired Department and Central Oneida County Ambulance.
