According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol the Marine Patrol along with the Road Patrol are on scene of a fatal boat accident. This occurred today on Oneida Lake T/Vienna in the area of drive 17 at about 12:05 pm. Investigation is on going and more details to follow later.
