According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 6/6/2020, at approximately 11:47pm, the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office responded to a Shots Fired complaint located at 5343 Main Street, in the Town of Verona. During the investigation, the reporting party stated that while cooking dinner, he heard the sound of gunshots coming from outside of his residence. While investigating the incident, several holes were discovered on the exterior of the residence. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office ID Unit responded to assist with the investigation and were able to obtain evidence regarding this incident. The investigation is still ongoing at this time.
