Nine years ago today, Deputy Kurt B. Wyman was shot and killed in the line of duty during a domestic dispute. This morning, due to COVID-19 restrictions, a brief, closed ceremony and wreath laying attended by the Sheriff’s Honor Guard, Sheriff, and Undersheriff was held at the Deputy Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building in honor of Deputy Wyman and our commitment to Never Forget.
