According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, on Sunday, June 7th, 2020, at about 7:00 P.M., Deputies responded to Ray Road in the Town of Marcy, for a reported Property Damage Motor Vehicle Accident. The investigation determined that Kyle G. Waterman, 28, of Schuyler, was operating a Blue, 1966 Plymouth in a northerly direction on Cavanaugh Road. Kyle turned onto Ray Road off of Cavanaugh and upon doing so, he immediately lost control of his vehicle. Due to the vehicle fishtailing, it continued in northbound direction directly into a driveway causing Kyle’s vehicle to collide into a parked vehicle. The parked vehicle was then pushed into the garage portion of the house causing the walls of the residence to cave inwards. Items attached to the inside of the walls were sent flying and those items struck another parked car causing minor damage. The vehicle that was struck in the driveway sustained heavy front and rear end damage. Kyle was issued citations for causing the accident and will appear at a later date and time to Marcy Town Court. Deputies on scene were assisted by Marcy Fire.
