According to Oneida County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Derrick O'Meara, Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a Rome man was arrested by members of the Child Advocacy Center on June 9, 2020.

Johnathon Mickle, age 33, who is a NYS Level 2 Registered Sex Offender, was arrested by OCSO Sgt. M. Bolton and OCSO Inv. Ryan Marshall for failing to register his change of address, as required by the Sex Offender Registration Act. Mickle was issued an appearance ticket made returnable to Whitestown Town Court at a later date.
