According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, at approximately 05:11 AM, Deputies responded to 124 Broad St in the Village of Oriskany Falls for reported domestic dispute. Investigation into the incident determined Daniel R. Clemens, 35, had engaged in a physical dispute with his wife. During the dispute, Clemens had damaged property inside the residence and then subjected the victim with physical contact in front of three children. Clemens was arrested and charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief, and harassment. Clemens was later arraigned at Oneida County CAP Court on the charges.
