According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol a Waterville man was arrested for Grand Larceny 3rd, a Class D Felony. The Criminal Investigation Unit arrested Donald Atkinson, 39 of Waterville today for Grand Larceny 3rd. Atkinson charged over $3000 worth of cement while he was a sub-contractor on a construction site to the victim's account without authorization. The charges were made back in October of 2018 but the victim did not file the complaint with the Sheriff's Office until January of this year.

Although the charges of Grand Larceny 3rd is a Class D Felony it is not a qualifying offense for bail so Atkinson was arraigned at Oneida County CAP Court and was ROR'd to appear in Town of Paris Court at a later date and time.
