According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Lee man was arrested today after he was involved in a domestic incident with his ex-girlfriend and violated an order of protection. Jason D. Simmons, 27, of Lee Valley Road in the Town of Lee was charged with five misdemeanors in total. Simmons was charged two counts of Criminal contempt in the second degree, two counts of Criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, all class A misdemeanors and one count of Menacing in the third degree, a class B misdemeanor. Simmons was arrested and brought before Oneida County CAP Court where he is awaiting arraignment.
