*UPDATE*

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 07/05/2020 at approximately 01:57 AM, deputies responded to Tinker Hollow Road in the Town of Sangerfield, for a serious personal injury ATV accident. Investigation into the incident determined that Karl Graham (50) of Sangerfield, was operating a Suzuki 4x4 ATV in an easterly direction on Tinker Hollow Rd. During the course of operation, Graham had lost control of the ATV and overturned, which resulted in him being ejected. Graham, who was not wearing a helmet at the time of operation, suffered serious head trauma as a result of the accident. Graham was airlifted to SUNY Upstate to be treated for his injuries. Sheriff’s Deputies were assisted by the Waterville Fire Department, Central Oneida County Ambulance, New York State Police, and Mercy Flight. No tickets have been issued at this time as the incident remains under investigation.
