According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Lee Center man and a Lee woman were arrested on July 5th, 2020 after they were involved in a domestic incident in the Town of Westmoreland. Anthony F. Cowling, 43 of Lee Center was charged with one felony, being Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree and one misdemeanor, being Menacing in the 2nd degree. Jennifer Bergman, 32 of Lee, was charged with two misdemeanors, being two counts of Petit Larceny. Cowling and Bergman were both arrested and brought before Oneida County CAP Court where they were arraigned on the above charges.
