According to Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Derrick O’Meara, Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a 19 year old Utica man has been arrested for having sexual contact with two children.

On May 12, 2020, the Child Advocacy Center was contacted by an Officer from the Yorkville Police Department who had received a report that an 18 year old male had engaged in a sexual relationship with a 14 year old female. On July 6, 2020, Investigator Ciccone assisted by Oneida County Sheriff’s Investigator Ryan Marshall, located and arrested the now 19 year old male, in the City of Utica, charging him with the commission of Criminal Sexual Act 2nd degree, ( a class D Felony), and Sexual Abuse 2nddegree, (a class A Misdemeanor).
