According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol; on July 9th, 2020 just after midnight, Deputies responded to Dugway Road in the Town of Kirkland for a single car personal injury motor vehicle accident. Through the Deputies investigation, they found that the driver, Caitlin R. Mosher, 28, of Kirkland, NY was driving her 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee southerly on Dugway Rd when she lost control and struck a tree off the eastern shoulder of the roadway. Caitlin was transported by Central Oneida County Ambulance to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital for further medical treatment. The Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by the Clinton Fire Department. No tickets have been issued.
