According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a New Hartford man was arrested for sending threatening messages to another party. On the morning of 08/15/2020, Mark A. Calenzo, 33, of New Hartford had sent text messages threatening harm to another person and their family members. Calenzo was located by Deputies on the same afternoon and arrested. Calenzo was charged with Aggravated harassment in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor and brought to Oneida County Centralized Arraignment Proceedings where he was released on his own recognizance.
