On August 22, 2020 at 8:00pm, Deputies responded to a reported personal injury motorcycle accident at 9268 Main St. in the Town of Annsville . An investigation revealed that Barbara Zoloweski, age 78, of Camden, was traveling northbound in a 2014 Jeep Compass and made a left turn off of Main St., failing to yield the right of way to David Partidge, age 56 of Annsville who was traveling southbound on Main St on his 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle. As Zoloweski was turning left, Partridge struck the right side of her Jeep with his motorcycle head on. There were no witnesses to the accident.

David Partridge was transported to Rome Memorial Hospital for minor injuries by Amcare ambulance.

Zoloweski was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way returnable to Annsville Town Court.

The Oneida County Sheriffs Office was assisted on scene by the Taberg Fire Department and Amcare Ambulance.
