According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, an investigation was conducted on Kimball Rd. in the Town of Vienna on September 3, 2020. The sheriff’s office was assisted at the scene by members of the Oneida County Regional S.W.A.T. team as a precautionary measure only. The Sheriff’s Office was also assisted at the scene by members of the New York State Police K-9 unit. At no time was the public in danger due to the this investigation, and no further information will be released at this time as this is a continuing investigation.
