According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Western woman was arrested on September 7th, 2020, after she was involved in a physical domestic dispute, which occurred in the Town of Western. Shaun Dibble, 50, of Western, was charged with a misdemeanor, Endangering The Welfare Of A Child.
