According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Morrisville man was arrested on September 11, 2020 on felony charges stemming from an investigation.

Evan E. Colvin, age 23, who gave an address of 4851 Rich Rd. in Morrisville was arrested on one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the 3rd degree and one count of criminal possession of stolen property in the 4th degree, both felonies. Colvin was held at the Oneida County Jail pending CAP Court arraignment. He was ordered to be held at arraignment with bail being set at $25,000 cash/ $50,000 bond and will return to the City of Rome Court at a later date for further proceedings.
