Today is National Coffee With A Cop Day, or as we know it in Oneida County as The Oneida County Sheriff’s Community Coffee. These events are usually held monthly, and offer a unique way for the Sheriff’s Office and the public to interact. This year’s event was held at Daylight Donuts-New York. With COVID restrictionists in mind we changed how this event was held. Sheriff Maciol, Undersheriff Lisi and Officer Morgan assisted the staff with the drive through. This offered an opportunity for a member of the Sheriff’s Office to have a quick conversation with a patron but still remain at a safe distance. Thank you to Daylight Donuts for the hospitality!
