According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Holland Patent woman was injured following a 1-car rollover crash on East Floyd Road in the Town of Floyd this afternoon just before 4:00 PM. Bonnie L. Grogan, 56, of Holland Patent was driving a Lincoln sedan east on East Floyd Road when she lost control on the snow covered road. Grogan's vehicle crossed into the westbound lane and she attempted to correct the vehicle and went off the road, struck the ditch and overturned. Grogan did not complain of injury, but was transported by AmCare ambulance to St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Utica as a precaution due to the rollover. Grogan was cited for unreasonable speed due to conditions and issued a traffic summons returnable to Floyd Town Court on an upcoming date. The Floyd Fire Department, Holland Patent Fire Department and AmCare ambulance assisted on scene.
