According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on November 24, 2020 at approximately 10:00 PM, Deputies responded to an address on W. Lake Street in the Town of Vienna regarding a trespass call for service. Upon completing an investigation, it was determined that Jason J. Vincent (41) of Camden, NY had violated a stay away order of protection. Vincent was taken into custody and transported to the Sheriff's Office. Vincent was subsequently charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd, an A Misdemeanor and Trespass, a Violation. Vincent was booked/processed at the Sheriff's Office and then transported to the Oneida County Correctional Facility where he was held pending an arraignment in CAP Court.
