A Marcy Man Arrested For Grand Larceny

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol a Town of Marcy resident was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny stemming from a month long investigation.

Timothy V. Parker, 56, of Marcy was charged after using a business credit card to obtain more that $15,000 by tranfering it to his account over the past year. After the business noticed problem with their credit card statement, they contacted the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office to pursue criminal action.

Parker turned himself in at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office on 12/2/20 with his attorney. Parker was processed and charged with Grand Larceny in the third degree, a class D Felony. Parker is currently awaiting arraignement at Oneida County CAP Court located at Oneida County Jail.
